Welcome to Blinds Brothers FL. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website blindsbrothersfl.com and the purchase of our installation services for blinds, curtains, and retractable awnings. By requesting a quote or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.
 
1. Scope of Services
Blinds Brothers FL provides professional measurement, sales, and installation services for window treatments and outdoor shading solutions. All services are subject to site inspection and final measurement by our team.
 
2. Quotes and Estimates
  • All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change if structural issues or unforeseen obstacles are discovered during installation.
 
3. Payments and Deposits
  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate orders for custom-made products (blinds, curtains, or awnings).
  • The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
  • We accept payments via the methods specified at the time of invoicing Standard Service Agreement – Rocket Lawyer.
 
4. Installation and Site Preparation
  • The client is responsible for ensuring the installation area is clear of furniture and existing window treatments unless removal services were explicitly included in the quote.
  • Blinds Brothers FL is not responsible for structural damage caused by pre-existing wall or ceiling conditions.
 
5. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Custom Orders: Since blinds and awnings are custom-sized to your windows, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
  • Service Appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling installation appointments to avoid potential trip charges.
 
6. Warranty and Liability
  • We provide a limited warranty on our installation workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to the specific products (fabrics, motors, hardware) Limited Warranty Information – Somfy Systems.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
 
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, FL.
